Senior Feeding Programs

Senior Feeding Programs

Senior citizens are valuable members of our community. Unfortunately, they’re also neglected. The CSFP and Totes of Love program offer needed assistance and welcome companionship. See below for more information.

Totes of Love

Services for our seniors provide free, monthly food assistance to help low-income senior citizens. Each box contains about a week’s worth of non-perishable food and is delivered along with milk and fresh produce when available. Currently, food boxes are distributed to 23 qualifying senior clients in Chesterfield County. The food box deliveries provide not only nourishment for the body but also a kind visit that warms the heart.
